Nature's Red Carpet
Nature's Red Carpet - Today as I walked to the Learning Center Mother Nature rolled out a “red carpet” to mark my path. What a beautiful sight! The unexpected beauty stopped me in my tracks. Do I dare walk through? Should I carefully step around? And, of course, where is the camera?!?! Lucky for me, I had the camera and could snap a shot to share with you. How often I’ve walked this sidewalk with my mind far away; not even being aware of the surroundings. Today, Mother Nature reminded me to live in the moment and savor the everyday beauty that surrounds me. Now…I do feel sorry for the poor man that sweeps all these leaves. However, for now I revel in the moment and walk the red carpet to school. (MORE BLOGS)
