Step 1:  PREPARATION & MECHANICS
Begin by soaking your foam in warm preservative  water and preparing your flowers using standard care and handling procedures.  You can refer to our flower library for full details on this process.

Prepare each of the produce items by inserting a 4" wood pick and securing it in place with the Oasis Floral Adhesive.  Allow about 15 minutes for the glue to dry.  Your picks may have wires attached - just clip them off.

You can use the wood picks to create stems for your autumn leaves as well.  Just attach a leaf with a twist of the wire and you have a new stem.

Step 2: CREATING THE FORM
Secure your foam in place utilizing the anchor pins, floral clay and waterproof tape.   Then, using the produce, preserved leaves and magnolia leaves, begin creating the round form of your arrangement.  Place each item securely into the foam radiating outward in an organized pattern.  Each stem should point towards the center of the foam creating a central binding point.  This nest of heavier materials will provide the foundation for the delicate fall blossoms.
