To begin, you need to cut your wreath ring in half.  A hack-saw works best for this.  Seal the plastic ends of each half with silicon caulking.  This will prevent your plastic tray from leaking.  Wrap each half of the ring with Waterproof Tape to hold the foam securely in place.  The serpentine design created with one wreath ring will fit nicely on a 6 to 8 foot rectangular table.  For a larger table cut a second wreath ring.
