Jill Mason, the owner of Starflower, a floral design studio, has been creating with flowers in Portland and San Francisco since 1997.  A graduate of Bassist College, Jill is currently continuing her education at the Pacific Northwest Colllege of Art (PNCA).  For the past 6 years, she has been commissioned to create floral sculptures for the PNCA commencement ceremonies.  jill@starflowerpassion.com
