Olga Voronov was the creator of "Black and White". The
design was inspired by the painting “Black Square” by Suprematism painter
Kasimir Malevich.In Olga’s words,
“The original painting symbolized a ‘full void”, in that it showed how
painting could fulfill itself unaided by any reference to a specific external reality.
In this interpretation, the reference is extended once again through
the use of the floral medium.I used black and
white to push viewers to reflect inward into their soul."
