Alison Bertalotto dreamed of becoming a florist since she was a child.  After graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in apparel design, she spent many years as a wedding gown designer.  She decided to make that childhood dream a reality in 2003 by attending the Floral Design Institute.  Shortly after graduation, she and her partner, Becky, opened “It’s All Arranged”, a floral design studio in Sherwood, Oregon. allarranged@aol.com
