As florists, we get the privilege of working with
people during the important events of their lives. What an honor! And, what fun! After
September 11th, so much of life was put on hold. Flowers were utilized for comfort and
caring, but laughter was at a minimum. Now, a month later, a wedding celebration and the
reality that life goes on.
The wedding and all the surrounding traditions were a
gentle reminder to never take life for granted. |

| Life is precious and you never know when things will unexpectedly
change. Spending time with Cories family, sharing their joy, and being part of the
celebration was wonderful. Looking forward, my priorities are shifting. Spending more time
with my husband, family and friends will have top billing this holiday season. More
entertaining at home, more time spent doing the little things that make life fun.
Embracing each day (even if there is not a wedding), living life to the fullest, and doing
the things that I love. |
