First off, you’ll need to gather up your materials. Explore the myriad of colors and sizes of wire available then choose your favorites. I chose to work with traditional Christmas reds and greens. But, for a bit of a twist, I’m using a fun apple green to give these pieces a touch of contemporary flair. Choose from 12 gauge aluminum, bullion wire and metallic wire. Oooooohhhh – all in so many colors.

A fun coordinating treat is the sisal. This fibrous plant material is quite fun to work with and it mixes and matches with all the wire colors. Put it on your want list too!

Now, add your favorite vases or use my favorite, the mini-ming and you are ready to get creative.
