Join us on July 23 for Bridal Bouquets from the Garden and learn how to work with the tricky soft-stemmed and water-loving garden flowers that are so popular with summer brides.  Return to our classrooms the next evening, July 24 for Advanced Rose Design.  If you love roses, but would like to learn some new and innovative design ideas, then this is the class for you.  In this class, you’ll create an intricate, sculptural design with roses, ti leaves, and bound twigs. There is nothing ordinary about this design.

Summertime herbs from the garden are the perfect way to “spice up” your floral design. A simple abundance of oregano is perfect for the kitchen. Gathered from the garden or purchased from the market, Kent Beauty Oregano is both lovely to look at and a delightful addition to your Italian sauces.

Looking Ahead

Are you an experienced floral designer?  Summer is a wonderful time to take an advanced class.

Our next session of Advanced Floral Design begins on July 30  in both Portland and Seattle.   The one-week licensed program is perfect for the experienced designer who wants to add to their wedding and contemporary design skills.

David Kesler AIFD and Leanne Kesler AIFD have created and will be teaching a new series of business classes this summer in both Portland and Seattle. These classes have been created specifically for the Floral Entrepreneur.  Yes, for those of you from out-of-town, the Seattle classes are offered in a single weekend.
