Nothing says “summer” like bright, Festive Gerbera Daisies. These flowers, native to South Africa, were first described in 1889 in the Curtis Botanical magazine. Now, 118 years later, Gerbera daisies are a favorite flower for bold, bright color additions to our arrangements.

To enhance their beauty, a bit of foliage is all you need. Of course, a new design technique or two or three will add pizzazz to the arrangement. As I get older, I realize that so much of what makes a design “great” is often found in the new, creative techniques.

This how-to demonstration gives you three new techniques to add to your design resource library.  Enjoy!

                                                         See you next week,
