In Season

This is the season for Rose Hips.   They are available nearly everywhere; the wholesale flower market, farmer's markets, florist shops and supermarkets.  But, my favorite source, roadsides and railroad track sides.  It's not that I'm too cheap to buy them, I just love gathering rose hips.
