The hand-tied bouquet grows up
and takes a dramatic turn when done using the German armature technique. Based upon a
frame of woven wire and beads, the classic design becomes sophisticated and elegant. Join
us on November 8 for our class, German Armature Hand-Tied Bouquet.
You will love learning this elegant technique and you will take home your own beautiful
German armature hand-tied bouquet.
In Season
Cattails
are out and abundant! They remind me of
my childhood.I remember weaving placemats
with their foliage over, under, over, under Oh, they were so beautiful!I know my mom loved them. Close to my home was a
swampy area filled with beautiful cattails.Every
fall you could find me there harvesting my cattails.Today,
I must gather the cattails at the flower market. My
little swamp is now a surburban neighborhood with lush lawns instead of cattails.
