Advanced Contemporary Floral Design explores the European and Asian influences in arrangement styles, with special emphasis on design mechanics, elements, principles and innovative color harmonies. Covered in this intensive program is the care and handling of tropical and exotic flowers, including bird of paradise, various protea, ginger, antherium, helliconia, orchids and tropical foliages. We will review current trends in contemporary floral design, and creative containers.

Advanced Contemporary Floral Design will explore advanced design principles, elements, forms and techniques including grouping, binding, framing, parallelism, clustering, basing, terracing, natural and vegetative design. Our two-day, 14-hour, Advanced Contemporary Floral Design program is a wonderful way to expand your skills in contemporary floral design.
