Miya’s store, Willow and Bloom is located in the trendy Fremont district of Seattle, Washington. As you can see, it is a delightful place. Flowers, plants, and a wonderful array of gifts presented in a French country style. If you are in the area, stop by and visit. You’ll find an inviting ambiance that invites you to linger as you browse and stop for a moment to “smell the flowers”.

Nearby office workers stop by for their daily flower “fix”. It may be a custom-made bouquet, a single exotic bloom or just a tranquil moment in a floral paradise.

My inspiration for Willow & Bloom was mostly seeing a niche in the floral market where there didn't seem to be many floral designers creating higher-level design work in a retail setting. My husband and I searched strong retail neighborhoods looking for just the right location for almost two years before finding the space we are in. Having been a former small business owner of a restaurant, I know and understand the importance of a good location coupled with a very high quality product and great customer service and knew that if we could find this combination and provide this service to consumers, we would be able to build a business that would thrive and it has!
