| Halloween is past and Christmas decorations have filled the stores.
That could only mean Thanksgiving is on its way! At the FDI Learning Centers, the
last class of the year is busily preparing to enter the floral workforce. For most, their
first design task will involve the classic Thanksgiving centerpiece. As a primer, this week's design demonstration, Thanksgiving Centerpiece 101 will give you step-by-step instructions. Print them out and add them to your design notebook. Now that November is here, it is time to get started on holiday designing. Don't forget that this week's class, Basics of European Floral Design is scheduled for Thursday, November 6th. This class is a wondeful "first time ever" class and a great introduction to floral design. Coming up next week on Thursday, November 13 is Arranging Autumn Flowers in a Vase. Join us for this popular class and celebrate the beauty of the autumn season. |
