| At last, the spring flowers are shouting "HELLO!". The
grass is green and growing and the birds are singing. Oh, how I love the arrival of
spring. Just a touch of sunshine makes the world a happier place. It's time to go
smell the flowers and dance in the grass. Wait... what's that? Oh no, the
clouds are moving in, it's raining, no, no, no - it's snowing... I guess I'll have to fall back on "plan-B" and bring a little spring sunshine inside with Springtime Happies - a festive celebration of Spring bursting out all over. Thought for the week: In 1982 the United States was in a recession. In Portland, Oregon Dan Wieden and David Kennedy started their advertising agency. Dan used a borrowed typewriter to write this slogan for their very first client: "Just Do It." |
